Difficulties to remember the password to Support area

Hi Guys,

I have real difficulties with "subj" because I do not need support very often! I run a VPS hosting since april and after the initial hardenning I almost forget about the technical side... Recently I had some issues with some 403 and 503 error messages and I went on Live Chat support... To my surprise John.R. not only solved my problem but he also did some optimization to the VPS and without him to tell me anything I observed a much better speed when loading my pages!

I have almost 7yrs of experience with different hosting companies from US, Romania, Holland, Germany and UK. I have to say that Web hosting UK is the most expensive service I ever had but I also have to say that "what you pay is what you get"... so you are free to start with obscure companies that will charge few bucks a month like I did in the past but after much suffering you'll migrate in this direction because here you have quality and stability. Very good hosting, very good servers, very good connection and much important: very good people behind the scene.

take it my billing will start from today... and not yesterday when i paid?

Billing cycle start from the date on which the payment is made. If you have made the payment yesterday then your billing cycle will start from yesterday itself.

For ex: if you have order a vps on monthly basis then your billing cycle will be 20/12/2008 to 20/01/2009.
