Having a web hosting provider with 24 hour live chat support is the most useful thing, especially when I like to work unsociable hours, not only are they there all the time, everything experience with the technical support crew has been helpful & friendly.

My site has been online when I've needed it, except for a couple of occasions when a security measure locked me out, but as you can guess, this was sorted in minutes!

And nicely priced too, thanks guys, oh, and a quick message to the management, you better be paying these chaps properly!
