Hi guys - I know it is an older post topic, but since I created this one, I felt it was best to update my views
And they have not changed. I recently upgraded from plesk to DNP (which if you have not done so already I would suggest that you do as it is a far better system anyway) but when I upgraded I needed some support, and again WHUK were the ones that gave it
Special thanks go to Alfred who I bothered a few times but he was patient and understanding. Spencer T who again gave me the help I needed and was also well clued up. And of course James who had to step in reference an issue I had (no fault of WHUK I hasten to add) and he was superb too
I don't often have to ask for support (and usually if I do that is because I can't find the answer myself) but I have to say - hand on heart - that your support team are great, and I cannot thank you enough for being there when people need help. I thought I worked long hours but it is great to know that if needed, then WHUK have a support team in place who are -
able, ready and willing to get the job sorted
