I never thought I would post in here but I am a very fair minded person and always give credit when due. It hasn't' happened very often so make the most of it.

The IMAP server for Webmail was not working again. I can't use POP3 as I need folders.

I talked to chat and they sorted it almost straight away - they were also polite and friendly.
