Two month ago I became a Web hosting Customer.......
In just a few days I met some member of the staff for many question and
information.
Personally I bought some packages in those month and for any packages
that I choosed I always had a suggestions for better choice that I
had to done.
This night.....around 3pm we had a little issue on our VPS and we talked
with Michael which solved it in a few minutes(as always really good work
Michael).
After the issue was solved we talked with him too about to having technical
informations based on our necessary for our network.
Michael took some times to study the better solution and he explained to
us various scenario which he includes into his valutation.
After a long discussion with him we had opted to a DEDICATE SERVER as
better solution for our business and growth.
Michael transfered us to Chirs and what may i say.....gold gold gold
...the support services is just gold here......Suggestion on the better
configuration,information about the billing plan ......more discount on
it in order to provide ,as is their use, the better customers services
as they can.
I'm very satisfied for the treatment that we received in this situation.
But at last but not least....Alice.......kind people and really really
patience with me ......She talked with me to merge some accounts under a
unique account,she move founds and pay the invoice in real time as is
better for us ....really good services as well.....
Just one thing i may to say to those guys .....THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR
SUPPORT AND FOR YOUR TEAM EFFORT TO PROVIDE A REALLY GOOD SERVICE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER......you're really good company and a
really good partner....Nice to met you guys keep it on
