I just think that on the odd rare occasion it is sometimes necessary to give praise where it's due. I am 56 years old and considered as a "silver surfer".....I never touched a computer untill a year ago...so when I say how helpful the technical support team is, beleive me it's good. If anyone wants to know how good it is you have my permission to check my record of mess ups...during which time every member of staff I spoke to went out of their way to help me, they had the patients of a saint... here are but a few of those names..Patrick, Jeet N, Stuart, Mark,Trevor, Sarah (sorry if I've forgotten some of you") etc.etc. I could always get in touch any time of the day or night and get my problems sorted out....and I know that deep down I was the probable cause in the first place.....John.xp@tiscali.co.uk.....ps I'm sorry I've been such pain.
