Dedicated support

I recently moved from a VPS hosting to a dedicated and just wanted to say, there are support teams and then there is the Webhosting's dedicated server support team. There is no comparison between the two.
The support team at Webhosting are a truly amazing bunch of individuals who are always there at any time of day or night to help with any queries and I've been very impressed by each and everyone of them.

One guy in particular receives my medal of honour for his service above and beyond the call of duty and that is Alex. We had a major disaster when we lost all our data on the VPS and Alex worked into the early hours to try and salvage something from the wreckage. Unfortunately, we lost everything but because of this guys dedication I decided to stay with Web hosting and he's justified that decision in the last couple of weeks with his help and guidance.

What a day to start with

Thanks for appreciating our support staff. Such post really doubles the energy of our support staff. We will continue to render such top class support and service to all our customers.
