You guys rock, you're the best web host ever! and probably the one of the cheapest. You continue to prove an excellent level of support daily, your staff is polite and friendly. I am on shared hosting at the moment and have been for a few months now, I purchased a VPS from you guys a few weeks back and the setup time was short, and any problems that came up were easily fixed with help on your live support. I would like to thank your sys admin Alex. P. for maintaining the servers, he's doing an awesome job. And also a big thanks to your support operators who have been a huge help, particularly Patrick and also a few others who have helped me; Shaun, Ryan, Ashley, Matthew, Sarah, Rick and Jack M.
You're fast and reliable, I'm hoping to stay with you over the next couple of years. Keep up the great work
