Hi, our company has a reseller account in another hosting company. Due to problems and bad support we searched for second hosting company for some of new projects and some clients of ours. We found webhosting.uk.com. Amazing has been the 24/7 real time chat. It does not matter if we need support or have questions regarding billing, 24h somebody from each department is answering! I have never seen such a service anywhere else! Our other hosting company is hardly reachable by phone during normal office time and of course not online reachable at weekends, evening and of course not in the night!
24h support sounds good but how is the service really?
One of our clients had a heavy DDOS attach and the website was not anymore reachable. At 3am the support was analyzing the problem and proposed immediately a solution. We changed to a dedicated server with firewall. The transfer was of course all done by webhosting.uk.com. There has been some troubles with scripts and database. The support solved the problem. We assigned a new dedicated IP address to one of our clients account. The scripts broke and again the support searched for the errors and fixed it. Our own programmer let us down but the support from webhosting.uk.com did an excellent job and we would like especially to thank Alex P. who spent several hours on fixing our problems!!!
We can highly recommend this company and I am pretty sure, you cannot find any better service anywhere else!
