This is now my second year with webhosting UK and since their move a while back to their new datacenter I've not had to contact support even once. Why? Because everything has been working brilliantly.

I did recently query something with Ron using the Live Chat, it only took 10 seconds or so to be speaking with an agent, no long wait times. He checked out my query and confirmed back to me what I needed to know in record speed.
