I am glad to say that there is some improvement in support since I joined last August. Also some name changes of support staff - aliases that made me laugh!
I am not sure if that is to give them a new lease of life! lol! I have still experienced a few Homers (duh!) both in VPS, customer services and billing, but as long as you keep employing Shane (aka sebastian) and Nick to give support the company will be ok. As per my previous issues, the problem usually is in understanding of the english (because we can refer to the same word with different meaning) language AND ambiguity on answering questions. - That is why I now clarify what they mean before accepting the answer. So for the chaps mentioned in this email well done! |

I had problems after transferring here and I have to say everyone of th support team gave me help and advice in their own way
I guess we all do things differently ![]() The only complaint I have is I am still waiting on my cheques for mentioning a pay rise!! Cant trust some people.... ![]() MaryT |
