What a nightmare!!
I am a new customer to
Web Hosting UK and I have to say what excellent service you give!!
Your support has been exceptional and your support staff...well I dont think any words I have can express my gratitude to them enough!
But I think they deserve a huge raise in salary!! (I will expect my cheques in the post soon boys and girls

)
My experience of moving has not been pleasant but due to NO FAULT of Webhosting UK. Talk about spitting your dummy out!
My old
VPS hosting provider registered my domain name for me. So I mailed and asked them to update the IP addresses for me on the nameservers.
I have had problem after problem with their VPS and I only purchased it a month ago! I had to wait a week for it to be set up and only got that after mailing and asking what was happening. They had forgotten to do it!!!
Ok so mistakes happen, they are only human. I spent more downtime that up in the last 3 weeks...for a service I was paying for too....
Well I started searching and came across Webhosting UK....and decided to take the plunge. One bad experience can spoil it for you forever.
But here I am!
I have been unable to login to my domain name account to do anything! Including transferring it elsewhere. Its locked and it will not allow me to ulock it. Panic!!
But hey Webhosting UK came to my rescue...they registered a new domain name for me...assigned the nameservers and IP addresses, set up everything so it would all resolve to the VPS

Of course I had a slight conflict with it resolving to 2 IP addresses...

But nope..billing sorted that one too!!
No conflict now!!
The old company ignored all my requests with the problems I was having and were more concerned with keeping my business. I would not have stayed there if someone had paid me!!
So I am here to say 'Thank you so very, very much Webhosting UK! I know I have been a pain but I certainly appreciate ALL you have done. Nothing has been too much trouble.
I would recommend this company to anyone!

You have a great staff here and you should be very proud of them
