Over the last week or so I've been noticing through cPanel that the CPU has been maxed out.
It got to Saturday and it was still maxing out. Even though it hasn't been effecting my site at all I thought I would raise a ticket enquiring if something could done about it. Just as I was writing the ticket I received an email from Webhosting UK titled: "Webhosting.uk.com :: Migration of your Server on 19th November 2007". The email described how there has been a highload on the cPanel hosting on my server and that all the hosting was being migrated to "a brand new high specification Q6600 Server". Webhosting UK, again, providing an excellent service. I especially love how the email I received was timed to the second to the time I was writing the support ticket. ![]() |

![]() At least you thought of opening a ticket but other customers simply move to other hosting companies and thats the reason we got your server moved to high configuration server as there was nothing wrong with any specific account on Mirage. New server is had absolutely no load so far and you must have observed difference in performance of new server in comparison to your old server ![]()
