First Class Sales Support

Would just like to quickly say how helpful "Karen" was today with quite a few sales queries I had.

We spent upwards of 30minutes discussing various things and I was very happy with the service offered. Having been using the live support sales feature on a few other web hosts I have to say that it was refreshing to talk to somebody who was actually on hand to answer questions rather than disappearing every few minutes!

I haven't decided yet whether I will be changing over to you guys but I certainly wanted to compliment you on the first class sales support I received this morning.

Glad to hear such good words for Karen. She is a member of our Billing Team but she answers Sales chats on Sunday as most of our Sales Executives have weekly off on Sunday.

Your feedback makes me feel relieved as getting appreciation for Sales support even without Sales Executives is something every hosting company would pray for
