Great Support I have recieved so far by the web hosting uk support team... spoken to various different people about various issues and every time the issue was fixed and most of the time the error was because of me .... the guys even transfered my files, created my database and fixed my corrupted database and got it all working .... amazing support level so far .......

A few answers have disappointed me in terms of cannot install own php!!(?) and have a limit on the number of emails you can send per hour ...

but other then that support have been excellent..

custom php modules can be install for you if you notify our support team and there is no limit for outgoing emails if you send those using some php script. As you mentioned that you will be using IPB to send notifications so there should be no problem in sending notifications. per hour Email limit is applicable for SMTP and Mailman Mailing list only.
