Well amazing support if i should say. Steven is actually a fully english speaking staff member who i can talk to about the most intervene problems on my server. He was extremely helpful in dropping the load on my server and killing all the un-neccesary processes needed to be killed. Below is a small part taken from the chat of how he helped me.

steven: this command should be helpful

steven: killall -9 httpd

steven: then restart the http service by service httpd startssl

It's great to see technical support staff who actually know how to speak full english and know what they are doing especially if they can give me commands to help me in future.
