Ip Address Issue

if you find that you cannot access 'one single domain' name even with your firewall off and it wont even respond to the PING command, try asking a reliable Techy like Richard to check to see if 'YOUR IP' is blocked.

Thats what happened to me...He sorted it where others failed!
