Default Excellent MSN Support from UK Webhosting

Just to say that not only was I answered as promtly as ever on MSN today, but the guy actually gave his name in case i needed to refer back.

This was a first to be honest, and a pleasant first. this sort of customer care should be the defacto.

So kudos to Richard, and once again thanks.

Mark

MSN support has been discontinued as it was difficult for 2 people to manage load of 2 MSN's. We thought about making more MSN's but that solution would have never helped as one needs to get things centralized to have better check on quality of service.

Yes, quality of service was the biggest reasoning behind it. It was very hard to log and review MSN chats effectively.

I'm sure you can pick up the MSN of some members by looking at their forum posts.

MSN was the most amazing support yet. It was much better than LiveSupport but that was due to the fact that less people use MSN LiveSupport than the Livechat.

Yes, but volume of chats started increasing on MSN for same reason and it was difficult for us to monitor MSN conversations.

I used to have a beta version of MSN, On my laptop. If somone where to sign in on a computer NOT using the beta version, it would tell me "Another user has signed on using a version of messenger that does not support multiple users" (or somthing along those lines). I think, that MSN are working on a way of having more than one account signed in at once. It could be a solution for you!
