The Customer Service Cannot Be Beat

I have had hosting with many different companies, both big and small, and I can honestly say that the customer service here at Webhosting.uk.com is top notch.

I have had a VPS for a few months now and have ran into a few of the typical problems that occur with any host, and every time I have requested support through the live chat feature I was welcomed by a prompt and warm greeting. The Support techs were knowledgable and friendly and more than happy to assist me.

One of the Techs especially has been a great help to me, Ben Wright. He has gone above and beyond to assist me with issues that other hosts would have left me hanging. He has been friendly and helpful while not making me feel like I was bothering him. Thanks Ben!

I have been very pleased with service here with this company and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
