The site has been blocked by Google as it suspects the website data/code carries out malicious activity.

You would now need to download all your data.
Scan it with good anti-virus to check if the files are infected.
Contact your developer and check if any code/script carrying out malicious activity.

Also you would need to check for any thirdparty URL's used , which links to infected site , making your site infected.

Also make sure while reuploading the data, you are uploading it from a clean machine , as the contents might get infected again while uploading.

Once the fresh clean contents are uploaded , Google will unblock it within next 3 days.
