is certainly not true, in my case!
As regarding being notified by ticket - yes I was, but of course, as all my emails are hosted with webhosting.uk.com I never received them until my account was unsuspended - no one seems to be able to understand this!
As of now some of my sites are still down, despite a chat lasting over 2 hours last night and being passed to 2nd level.

Can anyone guide me where to look? The support team you are using at the moment certainly can't.... There is no point asking me to ask my developer I am the 'developer' and I am absolutely sick and fed up of the terrible service recently.
