Default site down again

What is going on with you at the moment - our site is down over and over - each time you just say on chat that the server had to be restarted.

Why is it failing?

Fine - you restart it quickly when I contact you - but i am not on 24/7 so can't always let you know you have a problem.

We are trying to run a business here and customers can't order if our sites are down.

Is there a problem with this server we should know about?

I can't even get on chat tonight to get it sorted

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The server was intermittently getting overloaded due to one of the domain. We had disabled some scripts from the concern domain and then suggested client to optimize his scripts as it should not use such resources on the shared server.

We had enabled those scripts but seemed that those were responsible to pull server down. Now we have suspended his account and asked him to move on VPS/semi-dedicated server. We are still monitoring this server thoroughly and will make sure that it should not happen again.

Please let us know if you have any more doubt or query, we will make it clear.

Default I may be the problem...

I'm on ns3.specialservers.com and ns4.specialservers.com and my account was suspended to to excessive load on the servers (or something) :-( Unfortunately I had no idea what the problem was and had real difficulties speaking to anyone by chat/phone that could help/point me in the right direction. I even had to explain over 4 times that no I did not receive an email as my account had been suspended and therefore I could not respond to it....

The service provided by webhosting.uk.com used ot be fantastic, but these days I'm getting more and more problems (one of my sites is down today) and the chat response is appaling. The other day it wasn't even working when my site was down, yet again.

I've even pm'd the MD to give him a chance to explain before I discussed my problems in public, but no response.

Perhaps I'm just getting **** service as they want rid of my custom now?

I'm really sorry if I caused anyone else a problem and I really do want to sort it out, if in fact it's down to me.

Hello,

While monitoring the server , we identified that scripts under your account were utilizing excessive server resources and in-turn the server became inaccessible. In order to avoid further server resource usage, your account was suspended.

We did notify you in 3 occasions in the following ticket's :-
DLM-23794-321
CLN-45371-481
AHM-18570-578


We have also tried to optimize your database to lower the overhead but it didn't help.I'd suggest you to please check/optimize your scripts and databases which would help in avoiding such incidences to occur in future.

As of now , your sites are online and the server load is also normal.

I'm not actually sure the case in question is relating to my problems as:

is certainly not true, in my case!

As regarding being notified by ticket - yes I was, but of course, as all my emails are hosted with webhosting.uk.com I never received them until my account was unsuspended - no one seems to be able to understand this!

As of now some of my sites are still down, despite a chat lasting over 2 hours last night and being passed to 2nd level.

Can anyone guide me where to look? The support team you are using at the moment certainly can't.... There is no point asking me to ask my developer I am the 'developer' and I am absolutely sick and fed up of the terrible service recently.

Is is possible to speak to anyone in the UK at webhosting.uk.com now, by chat or phone? I want to stress I am NOT racist, but since the support has been outsourced it is far from satisfactory.
