HI,

What setting should i use in my FTP client software so I don't get blocked any time when ever i use my account ? As the files are small in size and get blocked ,I am trying to download a folder from the server from and I keep getting blocked after, know file size is small so it gets downloaded quickly and I know that I am getting blocked by your firewall.so is there any setting can i do with in my account such that it won't get blocked.

I had that too.

Try setting the simultaneous downloads to 3 at the most and do the same for concurrent downloads.
