I've checked your issue.
I have sent an e-mail from our test support address to your e-mail account for which you have added the Forwarder.
And as per the logs, the mail is being forwarded to your gmail address.
Regarding Roundcube, I've created a test e-mail address under your account and can successfully send the mail to the test support address.
Please provide the exact error message (if you are receiving any).
