Has Rotherham changed any php settings?

HI
I'm just wondering if any of the global php settings on Rotherham has been changed overnight?
Less than 8 hours ago my Drual website was running fne, but this morning the site is failing to laod images/themes/css etc with an error:
warning: realpath() [function.realpath]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect......
