Big Problems with my Site - It's down every day

Hello. My site Xhttp://www.gamblingin.co.uk is down every day, the downtime is between 20 minutes up to 1.5 hour I am tired chatting with support, they restarting the server and, that's all.... next day my site is down again.

I AM TIRED. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

I reported the first problem about 4 month ago....

Just my two-cents - I had the same problem last week and for the life of my couldnt figure out what it was...
Turned out that while uploading my site after changes via ftp was fine, DOWNLOADING back to my machine via FTP was locking me out. This meant I could not access the site nor could I FTP in etc.


Support advised this was normal due to preventing people hammering the servers and the only way to grab your site back is via the backup utility

I think your local machine IP is being blocked in firewall hence you are facing such issue. Please get in touch with our tech support staff in this regards, they will help you for your issue.

Hello Harry. Yes, it was sorted... but not for a long New server = new but the same problems!

Server is often overloaded, instable..... I guess you have to much sites hosted on one server.

As its been discussed on live chat, due to weekly backup and mysql daily backup cron was running on server due to which web server got sluggish and non-responsive. Also at that time I have seen many websites were updating their databases which were over consuming CPU resources. Furthermore to this, many web sites on the server were being browsed which in turn were utilizing apache connections. So due to all these processes, web server was not responding to its normal expected responses.

However, its confirmed that after restarting the mysql and apache services, your site was responding and loading fine.

OK, up now. But what I am trying to say, that it's instable.

I have few other sites hosted with you and I don't have any problems there! I guess GamblingIn.co.uk is an unlucky domain

Starting next month, I'm expecting a high volume of visitors, invested a lot in it... please don't let me down (I mean dont let server to be down ) LOL

The server was rebooted couple of minutes ago, due to which your website was down. The server is back online and all the websites are running fine. If you want we can transfer your website to another server. Let me know if you wish to proceed with this.

The last migration took the whole day (fixing an errors, and so on). And, if I change an IP again, Google may penalize me (Bing already did because of last migration)... so migration is not a solution for me.
