First off, I hope this is suitable for the thread - wasn't sure which one to post this question in. If not - please feel free to move it to a more appropriate thread.
I'm experiencing repeated problems with my mailing list on
cPanel shared hosting. It was running excellent and stable for about 6 months, but within the last 6 weeks it has gone down 5 times, reporting a ery low level failure without any further information.
Now - every time, the on-line support (and in one case submitted support ticket) has fixed the problem - but only for it to reappear a few days later. While the guys at the support desk assure me it will work fine now, having done the fire-fighting, it seems that perhaps there's some broader issue in terms of maintenance or log-clearing that's not being addressed?
Its great to have the online support resource, but I get the impression that there is perhaps some things they can't deal with that might be causing these problems?
