Visitor Statistics on windows hosting plan.

I am trying to find visitor statistics, from looking at Windows Hosting plans , it shows (down the right hand column) that awstats and webalizer are included, but I cannot find neither within my control panel.

I have purchased the 'Starter Package', please could someone advise how I can access these tools to view visitor statistics?

Hello,

I have enabled awstats for your account. You can access it by log-in to your plesk control panel. You can access one of them [either awstats or webalizer ] at a time.

@liveland : As Alice have done necessary changes for your account you should be able to access your visitor statistics using your Plesk control panel, if you are still facing any issue or problem please let us know or get in touch with our technical support staff via Live Chat or through emails
