Plesk webmail hosting

Is anyone else having problems with the webmail via the plesk control panel Hosting?

It is taking ages to do anything.

One of our tech support staff have checked your issue and it seems that webmail is working fine for all of your domains

Please try to access it and get it confirmed.

I got in touch and they said everything was fine. But when I asked if they had actually logged in they said no and that is where the problem is !!!
When they did actually try and log-in they said wait a moment and come back ages later and said it was fine and there was nothing wrong. During that 'moment' it did start working fine but they said they did nothing to make it work. That was quite a coincidence wasn't it !!!
Well now it has stopped working again so I will try them again and it if starts working while they are 'looking and nothing is wrong' then I really won't believe it
Just be honest chaps - if something is wrong and you fix it then tell us.

4 times in the last few days I have had to contact Chat to do a IIS reset - don't know what that is but that is what I was told on the second visit was what they are doing to make Horde Webmail work again.

3rd visit on Wednesday or Thursday and they said they were going to fix it permanently but our Chat got cut off somehow so I didn't get a copy of the transcript.

Yesterday (Friday) it stopped working again so they had not fixed it permanently. So again I went on Chat for the 4th time. This time I got a copy of the transcript and they said they had fixed it permanently.

Today (Saturday) it is again not working. Can anyone shed any light on what is going on because Chat seems to alternate between saying there is no problem or saying they were just working on it and fixed it. I am now going on Chat AGAIN because I need to access the emails now.

What was wrong with the font dan - I didn't change anything

Anyway. Saturday they again said it had been fixed permanently and again today (Monday) it is not working.

Horde is completely off line now. It just says Service Unavailable.

don't suggest chat as I was on there earlier and they didn't help. In fact they made it worse by crashing my forums too.

Apologies for the late response, the issue has been corrected & appropriate measures have been taken for it to not to occur again..
