Plesk Timeout

Hi, I am using a VPS with the Plesk 8.6.0 control panel which I am used to and I like. Hwever, the previous boxes I have used do not time out on the contol panel login.

I can see why you might want this on say an internet cafe pc, but when I am working from the office or home it can be very annoying. Previously I just used to be able to leave the control panel open and it didn't timeout.

Does anyone know how to configure it so that there is no timeout (ideally with auto login from my PC as well).

Hi,

Have you tried using https:// rather than http:// ? - let me know if you are still facing issues, try the two protocols I mentioned above. It could be down to a small redirection error

Please login to control panel and change the session timeout setting.
Steps:
Login to control panel >>> select the Sessions icon >>> Sessions Management >>> cp Sessions >>> select the Preferences icon >>> under the Session Settings >>> enable the check box of > Allow IP changes during one session >>> then set the Session idle time >>> press ok >>> done.

Its under Server->Login Settings but I found it ! Thanks all.
