WHM Seleton Structure : Creating Welcome page

Right what i want to do is, when i creat a new web hosting account in WHM it puts a template index.html and an image as a welcome to your new site, onto the front page rather than having the index of the site showing.
I had it on my last host but i cant for the life of me remember where to do it here.....

Hi,

This is called Seleton Structure. With the reseller hosting account which I presume you are on or VPS.

Upload your files via FTP or file manager to the directory

/cpanel3-skel/

This is the directory under public_html and if anybody is created from that reseller account, files in that directory will automatically be copied on account creation

Wiked done and done..... And i even found the 'Account suspended' Template.... Im proud of myself today....lol.....

I celabrated to early....lol....

heres the dir its in on my main reseller account..
home/cpanel3-skel/public_html

and in there i have a index.html and an image.

I set up an account to have a quick check to see if it had worked but it still comes up with 'index of /~domain...

Not sure what the problem is there.... Just think id better mention that it was an account i transfered in from another UK webhost via whm. I think ill open a ticket....
