How to clear cache in Magento

I just heard that cache needs to be cleared whenever any changes are made in Magento store, but not sure how this can be done. Can someone let me know how to clear the cache whenever any changes are made ?

Right, you need to clear the cache if you have revamp your Magento store.
Clearing cache is very simple process, you just need to locate the /var/cache folder under your /public_html and delete the content of /var/cache directory and just try to refresh the website using (Ctrl + F5)... It's done.

You can also clear the cache via magento admin panel

System > Cache Management
