getting an error, think its PHP related?

Hello,

I am using the latest (stable) dolphin community script release, and I have been getting this error that I think is a PHP error (set up/permissions), but as i'm sure you know now, i'm a bit clueless

the error which i have started to receive is

Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when safe_mode is enabled or an open_basedir is set in /home/shopping/public_html/Community-Start/inc/utils.inc.php on line 1021

I believe that 'safe_mode' and 'open_basedir' settings are correct, and have had a look in the official forums but didn't find anything that really helped a non techy like me.

any help would be appreciated.

(p.s could it be something to do with using FaceBook connect on the site?)
