Routine maintanence

Hi all,

I just wanted to know (as a non tech still learning)
When you perform 'routine maintenance' on your website / web scripts, and also in WHM / cPanal should Restarting services (eg apache) be part of this alongside site backups? or should this only be done in case of site / WHM errors?

The system is restarted/rebooted only when there is high load on it. Precisely only that particular service is rebooted that has the high load. Otherwise restarting the services is not required.
