cool. unfortunately my emoticon of choice isn't enabled so this will have to do.

if this was even a slight risky operation, then maybe doing this overnight, when loads are presumably less, might have been an idea. Annoying though it would be even then, I can suffer downtime at night much less sarcastically.

ESX20 VMs are back up now. Some may still be booting. We will open a console to each to see them to login, but please alert us immediately if you are still down.

Just to say that we are still awaiting the official statement from our storage vendor, which we will then use in our official statement to you. All compensation will be proactively awarded (no approach needed) when this has been issued.
