Default Slow accessing websites

Over recent weeks my cloud hosting has got really slow - it's slow to access sites/pages etc.
and WHM is really slow
I tried to get this sorted yesterday with one of the support team, but they were not hugely helpful and kept saying "your server is running fine"

Is it possible someone could take a look for me please?

I monitored your server around 1hr, and found that sites running on your server demand more memory.

root@vps [~]# free -m
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 510 504 6 0 5 230
-/+ buffers/cache: 268 242
Swap: 1023 9 1014

The memory logs shows only 6mb free. There were many instances on which the free memory went below 10.

It would be better to upgrade the plan to avail more resources.

As you have a Cloud server, you can upgrade individual resources of it. You can simply get in touch with our Billing dept via Live chat or Helpdesk i.e. email and our Billing dept will assist you with the upgrade of the memory of your Cloud server.
