Cloud Hosting recurring issues.......

I have been with Webhosting UK for almost 3 years and am usually more than happy with their service but this Cloud hosting is an absolute pain!
I lose service regularly once a week and can rarely find out what the problem is.
I really wish I had kept on the old VPS server I was on...
I pay the same money each month but have more issues on Cloud.
Ok just wanted to let off steam as VPS was down again this morning...twice!

Just to add I am now getting several emails telling me mysql has failed...
Support says my sql is working fine...no explanation for the emails

Ive had 4 of these emails up to now...
