Default upgrade from VPS to cloud

Hi
I'm looking at upgrading from a VPS hosting with you to vmware cloud.

If I did this would you be able to transfer over all my data, sql databases, etc etc without any loss of data or downtime?

We can get all your data migrated from the current VPS to the new VMWare Cloud Server after the setup is done. Please note that the server IP will change and there will be a downtime of not more than a few hours which will be needed for the new DNS propagation. However to reduce the downtime involved in this migration we will modify the A records on your beahlf.

@greenvill

We advice you to go with same hosting platform & control panel you currently have with your VPS so that there won't be any problem in account migration procedure.

Cheers !

I can't imagine any migration that wouldn't take downtime unless you backup a site on a mirror server, migrated the original server and then re-pointed the domain to the new server.
