The affiliate program at this link: Web Hosting Affiliate Program | Web Hosting UK looks very interesting. I was wondering if commissions were paid by check or by pay pal or bank transfer and if current clients can participate?

Affiliate commission payments will be made to you either via paypal or via mailed check to your postal address we have in our file.
Yeah, even our existing clients can register our affiliate program and can start earning good revenue.

I think non customers can participate as well in affiliate program ?

That's right. The affiliate program is open to all and absolutely free to join.
