Such problems mainly comes when Hostname of the
VPS Server is not properly added in VPS or set from the host server on which the server is hosted.

If you have ordered any control panel while signup you won't able to start HTTPD and Named started from Virtuozzo Power Panel as control panel installs there own DNS and Webserver (other than the webserver installed Virtuozzo).
Regarding other problems I would suggest you to send an email to our helpdesk along with the emails you have received (for cron and hostname) so that we can get it fixed rightaway.
