I initially started doing reselling due to friends wanting sites hosted for them, I had the space so didn't see a problem, but then after the, well why's this not happening, and will this not work, I decided that if I was going to support them as well, I may as well look at hosting it properly - though I pretty much did jump in feet first and was out of my depth initially. It helps to have people on board that are enthusiastic about what you are doing, and what you believe you want to achieve from it, as there are far too many fly by night operations because people get into it for all the wrong reasons - it's not an easy way to make a quick buck - it requires hard work, determination, and above all else time.
