There is no minimum time limit on our cPanel hosting packages and you will be able to cancel your cPanel hosting package at any point of time.

You will get 30 days money back guarantee with our cPanel hosting packages, however, if you consider any of our servers where you need to pay additional charges for cPanel/WHM control panel as it is optional and is a 3rd party application, we won't be able to refund the amount of cPanel/WHM control panel as we need to pay the licensing fee for it.

Yes, you need to setup a domain name when you signup for a cPanel hosting package. However, it is not necessary to register a domain name with us and you can use the domain name which is registered with another domain name registrar.

For this purpose, you need select the 3rd option i.e. "I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain." while signing up for the cPanel hosting package.

After this, you will only have to update the nameservers of your domain by contacting your domain name registrar and once the nameservers propagate, the domain will resolve from our server

Please feel free to contact the Sales department if you need any assistance while signing up for the cPanel hosting package.

Feel free to post if you have any further questions.
