Hi Geoff,
We keep catchall option disabled by default at the time of setup of server. We make this settings from "Tweak Settings" option within the
WHM hosting control panel
There are few more options available in "Tweak Settings" related to catchall, but there's no solution for the cpanel bug as of now. We will open a new ticket with them and ask them to provide us with a fix.
