its not due to quick turn over of staff. Our Tickets, Chats and Phone call volume has doubled in last 6 months and its not that simple to double your staff strength in such short time.
We have focused on automation for many of our internal operations which includes automated setup of
shared hosting,
reseller hosting,
vps hosting and
semi-dedicated server signups. We have automated setup of our Dedicated Servers as well and now our staff members can install new servers with few clicks of mouse.
We've never allowed quality of our service to go down and that's the only reason you have stayed over here though you keep on critisizing our company all the time
