The great thing about vB is that its got a fantastic customisable base. You have a choice of integrated blogs, galleries, games arcades, link directories, the list is endless and if it doesn't do something out of the box, you sure will find something.
Permissions can be a headache, but its worth it when you get the hang of it. Stick with vB and you wont go wrong.
