Domain Registration Fraud.
Just came across this.
In the past if you bagged a domain that could be identified as attached to another company e.g. you managed to get hold of sainsburys.com, then you could probably expect to lose it.
In a recent UK course though the owners of citigroup.co.uk (a company called GPM) were guilty of fraud and copyright infringement. The reasoning behind this was that the judge held that GPM were guilty of passing themselves off as Citigroup. One of the directors of GPM was also found to be personally liable.
Serious stuff this so cybersquatting has got a lot riskier.
