hello, i need a VPS or Semi Dedi sever. to run and Video sharing site.

Please recommend which one would be best for me, i need all features listed below:

Some content will be downloadable - user must own product rights to allow download of files.

I'm new to this so can you advise if your server has the components listed below installed or can you install them.

Also what is the vps or semi server up-link (10mbps) 100mbps?

Please give as much detials as you can - we will upgrade to a dedicated server when needed will this be possible and how difficult is it.
