I think that you are in good hands here. Have been with Webhosting UK a few months now and I am even thinking to get a second VPS for selling hosting packages. I have used a few hosts, and had nothing but hassle.
Their support is second to none and if I need support for my VPS anytime, I open a ticket through the ticket system and they are handled straight away.
Also, this company has been around for quite a while (their Google page rank is 8 now, which takes a while to build up), whereas others arise and disappear because they oversell their space and are only in it to earn a quick buck.
