Default I need a helping hand as basically the support team are two sided..

Well i contacted livesupport yesterday under pre-sales and got through to Victor. I asked him if i upgraded to the next VPS web hosting plan would i only have to pay £25.00 and not the extra £5.00 for the cPanel as i'm already paying the £5.00 in the actual other package, he said yes but contact support to get this changed via email to billing@webhosting.uk.com and a senior administrator will look into it.

I have just recieved an email back from who appears to be from the "Support Team" not the "Billing team" and no signs of an administrator saying the following..

Your invoice 10000 is due and you can pay it on or before 23/08/2007.

So you can upgrade your plan to next higher plan which is VPS BUSINESS and it will cost your 25GBP + 5GBP (for Control Panel:
WHM - Cpanel).

Please let us know if you want to upgrade your plan in this month, so that we can send you the invoice and upgrade your plan as soon as we receive your payments.

I am totally confused, i don't really want to pay the extra £5.00 for cPanel as iv'e been paying it for three months in the other package, if somebody such as James or Admin could give me a trutheful answer into if i do need to pay the extra £5.00 so i would be paying £30.00 per month that would be great.
